Mark Walker
Lead Pastor
Mark, his wife Julie, and their boys Matthew and Caleb joined the FBCW family in August 2019. Mark has previously served at churches in Texas, Tennessee, Georgia, and Alabama, with most of his time spent in student ministries. When he’s not spending time with his family, Mark is usually going on a run or watching movies and sports. He is a huge Star Wars fan, and even has a lightsaber hanging in his office! He is excited for what God has in store for the future of FBCW and the Weaver community.
Jared Holland
Worship Leader
Jared has served as the FBCW worship leader since 2016 alongside his beautiful wife, Kelli. His favorite place to eat after church on Sunday is “Nana’s.” He enjoys frisbee golf, racquetball, bull-riding, water-skiing, and playing games with his three awesome boys: Carrson, Camden, & Cadence. His greatest desire is to help others release any distractions in life to welcome true worship of the Almighty God through song, authentic relationships, and a life well lived with divine purpose in mind.
Matthew morrison
Pastor of Students and Missions
Matthew joined the FBCW family in December 2021. He married his wonderful bride, Morgan, in January of 2025. Matthew has been pursuing his Masters of Divinity at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary since 2023. He loves students and believes that they have a tremendous impact on the Kingdom of God. And, he has a passion for evangelism both locally and internationally. In his free time, Matthew loves to hunt, fish, read great books and watch great movies - especially if these are done with his family. Matthew aims to help students mature as believers and make much of Jesus with their lives.

Loy joined the FBCW staff in 2009 after her sister Vickey had worked the same position. When she’s not working, Loy enjoys antiquing and thrifting with her husband, Greg. She has two Etsy shops where she shares her finds!
